Sue Baker is the founder of Clarity. She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Accountants (FCCA) and holds a Masters Degree (MA) in Corporate Finance plus a number of Business School Diplomas. Her experience spans across Finance and General Management in a range of Director level posts in large corporates as well has running her own manufacturing business. She is able to bridge the gap between business and finance with these truly hybrid skills providing non executive FD support. She has particular expertise in finance for manufacturing and lean techniques. Paul Becksmith is a Chartered Accountant (FCA) with a wonderful mix of financial expertise. Previously with Price  Waterhouse before setting up his own company, combining a professional advisory career with the direct experience of creating and growing his own business. This enables him to fully empathise with any owner or director facing the challenges of running a business when providing non executive FD support.
