The BowShot Shrewd Group gives directors a greater understanding of strategic financial solutions to help them drive growth and profits.
Chartered Certified Accountant Sue said: "My passion is business numbers and the way these can be used to attain outstanding performance.

"We don't want our Shrewd Group members to become accountants. We're simply working together to become more financially astute in our thinking and more effective in our business dealings."
Sue has vast experience as a commercial finance director of PLCs, as well as having been the owner-manager of a local manufacturing company.
Her latest venture - Clarity - helps entrepreneurs to improve profitability by giving them greater understanding of the financial fundamentals that underpin their businesses.
Shrewd Group's 12-month programme "is way beyond the more obvious 'finance for non-finance managers'.
"It promotes an in-depth look at how to understand finances to building value - not just profits - into your business.
"All of this is done in the context of declared outcomes, even exit plans over time," said Sue.
Shrewd Group comprises up to 16 members, usually managing or finance directors. They meet on the fourth Thursday of each month.
Meetings normally run from 8.30am-11.30am at the Royal Exeter Hotel, Bournemouth.
Strategic workshops on key related topics are provided quarterly by specialist external speakers.
Every three months, members review their own progress and that of the group as a whole.
They also benefit from a one-to-one strategic review with the group leader during the year.
